We're looking for female customer executive expertise in English and Hindi speaking and dealing with customers gently. A sound knowledge of phone, email and live chat in both languages.
We need atleast 60 customer service representatives to assist and cover all customer-facing interactions.
Our ideal candidate would have a customer centric mindset and must ensure customer satisfaction with every single-interaction.
They must assist and try to solve out the problem and give the apt. Solution to the customer
