Farm equipment maintenance budget & replacement forecast

I'm looking for someone to assist me with creating a budget and forecast for the maintenance and replacement of my farm equipment. Specifically, I need maintenance and replacement forecasts for tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems, and any other truck loaders and machines that require hourly inspection and replacement intervals. I have some historical data detailing my maintenance and replacement costs, as well as an example sheet, but I'm looking for someone to help me create a better version. Finally, I'd like the maintenance and replacement forecasts to be updated annually.
