Facebook Group Member Approval

I need assistance in managing my Facebook group, specifically approving new members and adding them to my mailing list.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review answers to membership questions: I require you to evaluate applicants based on the preview of their comments and posts.
- Ensure community quality: The ultimate goal is to maintain a high-quality community and to prevent competitors from entering the community so discerning judgement is necessary.
Ideal Skills:
- Familiarity with Facebook groups
- Excellent judgement
- Excellent English
At the moment, I am getting around 20 - 30 requests daily and spend around 20 minutes going through them, but it is growing.
I am looking for someone that is willing to record their work and be paid by the hour.
