Your goal is to put the text of this into a microsoft word file. The data must be typed without errors. This cannot be done with OCR. If you do this with OCR, you will not be paid for this job and will receive negative feedback. THIS MUST BE DONE BY HAND.
Formatting:
* One microsoft word page per photo of the document.
* Use highlighter for the yellow and red highlighting
* use a constant font for all
* Don't worry about the 'boxes' for things in boxes. Just put the text name.
It is absolutely vital that all of the text be preserved.
I need clean, accurate text.
Look at the icloud link before bidding. Anybody who bids without looking at the icloud link will be reported and permanently banned from future work.
Anybody who bids within seconds of the bid request without actually reading the description will be reported and permanently banned from future work.
