Extract data from a Thailandese document of postal codes (2-pages, 7-column PDF)

I am looking for a freelancer who can extract data from a 2-page, 7-column PDF document containing Thailandese postal codes. The extracted data should be in a CSV file format.
Skills and experience needed:
- Strong proficiency in data extraction
- Familiarity with working with PDF documents
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate extraction of numerical postal codes and Thai names (provinces, districts, localities)
The extracted data does not need to be sorted in any specific way. It should be presented in the same order as it appears in the document.
If you have experience working with Thai postal codes or similar data extraction projects, that would be a plus.
