Extract PDF Table Text to Excel
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I have a batch of PDFs where all the information I need sits neatly inside tables. Every cell in those tables contains text only—no numbers, formulas, or special characters. Your task is to copy that text into an Excel workbook, keeping each table’s row-and-column order intact but using simplified, clean formatting rather than trying to mirror the PDF’s exact look.
Essential points
• Source content: text-only tables in PDF files
• Target file: a single .xlsx workbook (one sheet per PDF, unless a different layout proves clearer)
• Formatting: standard font, consistent column widths, no borders or shading beyond Excel’s defaults
Please double-check that every table entry is captured and appears in the correct cell. Spelling must match the original text exactly. Once complete, send back the Excel file along with a quick note confirming how many tables and rows you imported.
