I'm in need of an experienced Recruiting Specialist who can help me streamline my hiring process. Ideal candidate will undertake these tasks:
- Sourcing and screening candidates
- Interviewing and assessing prospects
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
Applicants should have the following qualifications and experience:
- Prior experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with different applicant tracking systems
There are 1-5 positions to be filled through this process. Fluency in Spanish would be appreciated but is not a mandatory requirement.
