Expert Multi-Client QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper

I run an accounting practice that lives entirely inside QuickBooks Online and need a top-tier specialist who can keep several client files flawless every single day. Your core work will be daily bookkeeping, producing clear management reports, and overseeing each client account from user access to chart-of-accounts maintenance.

You’ll be posting invoices, bills, payroll journals, classifying bank-feed transactions, reconciling every balance, and custom-building the P&L and other management reports managers rely on for quick decisions. Because I share numbers with owners in real time, I expect same-day data entry and end-of-day reconciliations. Mastery of QuickBooks Online Accountant, bank-rule automations, receipt-capture tools, and custom report settings is essential.

Deliverables
• Daily – fully reconciled ledgers for every client, with a brief variance note on unusual movements.
• Weekly – management report pack (P&L, balance sheet, cash-flow snapshot) in PDF and Excel.
• Month-end – final reconciled file plus adjusting-journal checklist, ready for tax prep.
