Experienced Dispatcher for Long-Term Role From South America

For growing logistics company based in the United States, and we are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to manage daily operations and ensure smooth communication between our carriers and clients.

Responsibilities:

Dispatch loads to drivers across the US

Monitor shipments and update delivery status

Communicate with carriers, brokers, and drivers via phone, email, and apps

Negotiate rates with brokers and find loads via load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)

Keep accurate records of dispatched loads and driver availability

Resolve issues and delays in real-time

Requirements:

Experience as a dispatcher in the trucking/logistics industry (minimum 6 months preferred)

Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to work US time zone hours (full-time or part-time)

Familiarity with load boards, ELD systems, and dispatching tools

Reliable internet connection and computer setup

Preferred but Not Required:

Knowledge of reefer, dry van, flatbed, or power-only dispatching

Experience working with owner-operators or small fleets
