Expense Spreadsheet & Invoice Matching
Budget: €12 – €18 EUR
I have a handwritten grid of business expenses that now needs to live in Excel. Your first task is to recreate the grid accurately, then build the summation and totals formulas so I can see overall and category-level spend at a glance.
For every amount you enter, I also need the related invoice pulled together. Some invoices are already in digital form; others exist only on paper and will have to be scanned or photographed before you drop them into the shared folder. Each file should be named clearly and referenced in the sheet so I can click straight from a line item to its backup.
Deliverables
• Finished Excel workbook with clean formatting and working totals formulas
• Folder (or embedded links) containing every matching invoice, correctly labelled
• Quick note explaining the structure so I can maintain it going forward
Nothing fancy is required beyond solid Excel skills, basic document handling, and attention to detail. If that sounds like you, let’s get started—once this grid is sorted I’ll have a few other small admin pieces to pass your way.
