Excel expert to create payment sheets

We are a micro social gathering company that conducts house parties. The contribution of the house party is distributed amongst all the respective entities involved.

We need an expert to creat an Excel sheet accordingly on a weekly basis. This is a job of 1-2 hours, one day a week.
