Excel dashboard

My project is to create an Excel dashboard which can visualize HR data clearly and efficiently. The dashboard should provide a general overview of the HR data as well as more detailed insights. I have a general idea of the design I would like, but I'm open to suggestions. In addition to the basic features of a dashboard, I need specific features such as filters, drill-downs, and interactive charts. This dashboard will be an invaluable tool in helping me make decisions based off of accurate visualizations and representations of my HR data.
