Excel chart for text values

I am looking to have an Excel chart created for a set of survey results. The data will need to be represented accurately and visually, with a specific focus on the respondents' demographics and answers. I am looking for a detailed view of the chart that shows breakdowns of the data to provide clarity of the different variables and their interconnections. In short, I need an organized chart visualization of both the respondent demographics as well as their answers.
