Excel chart

I am looking for a freelancer who can create a simple Bar Chart for my presentation over teams. The purpose of the chart is to compare different data sets across 6 locations and 10 categories with this year and LY columns for each location I have a specific layout in mind that I would like the chart to follow… but am open if you deem a better way to view.
