Excel Timetable & Finance Management
Budget: £2 – £5 GBP
I keep two interconnected Excel 365 workbooks—one for our class timetable and another for finances—and I need someone who can maintain them with clockwork regularity.
For the timetable sheet your main responsibility is precise data entry and ongoing updates: adding new sessions, adjusting times when plans shift, and making sure every change flows through the existing formulas without breaking anything.
On the finance side, to create invoices of the company, and ensure every expense and every bit of income must be logged accurately, categorised, and linked to the correct client or cost centre. Whenever a payment is recorded you will also raise a matching invoice from the built-in template, save it to PDF, and mark its status so we always know what’s outstanding.
The workbooks already function with basic formulas and dropdowns; no macros are necessary right now, though I welcome suggestions that could streamline the process.
Deliverables
• An up-to-date timetable file returned at the agreed interval (daily).
• A balanced finance ledger with all income and expense lines recorded.
• PDFs of every invoice created during the period.
Data accuracy and confidentiality are essential, so let me know your relevant experience and the time zone you work in—we’ll use that to set a smooth, dependable workflow.
