Excel Text Data Entry Processing

I need all text contained in a collection of scanned documents transferred into a clean, well-structured Excel workbook. Because the source files are images, each snippet of text must be processed first—think accurate transcription, removal of stray line breaks, consistent casing, and standardised spelling—so the final sheet is ready for sorting, filtering, and basic analysis without additional clean-up.

You may use your preferred OCR tool to speed things up, but every entry must be double-checked manually for accuracy. Please keep the original document order by adding a reference column (e.g., file name or page number) so I can trace any value back to its scan.

Deliverables:
• One Excel file containing the fully processed text, neatly arranged in clearly labelled columns
• A brief log noting any unreadable sections you had to flag for my review
