Excel Super User needed to link various spreadsheets

We have a series of sharepoint spreadsheets that are manually updated daily, the updates are redundant as the same data will be populated on the various (up to 6) spreadsheets. We'd like to have a single spreadsheet be the source data, and have the other spreadsheets "learn" from updates to source spreadsheet. The mapping of the fields will be intricate as not all fields from source spreadsheet will get mapped to all the spreadsheets. In addition there will be some instances where rules will need to be written to allow for duplicate serial numbers and special mapping in the case of duplicates- which does happen from time to time
