Excel Spelling Error Fix

I’m working with an Excel file that contains recurring spelling mistakes in a few defined columns only. Nothing else in the workbook needs touching—no duplicate removal, no formatting changes—just clean, accurate text in those specific fields.

I’ll provide:
• the current spreadsheet;
• a short reference list of the correct spellings for each term.

What I need back is an .xlsx file where every misspelled entry in the stated columns has been replaced by the approved version through a transparent, reusable method. A formula-based solution (XLOOKUP, IFERROR, nested IFs, or Power Query) is preferred; however, I’m happy to accept a concise VBA routine if that proves more reliable.

Deliverables
• Corrected sheet showing before/after results or a separate column highlighting the fixes.
• All formulas/macros left intact and clearly labeled so I can maintain them.
• No changes made outside the specified columns.

Acceptance criteria
• 100 % of the listed misspellings corrected.
• Workbook opens without errors and runs on standard Excel (Office 365).
• Clear indication of any words that could not be auto-resolved.
