Excel Sheet for Weekly Newspaper Billing
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for an Excel sheet that generates newspaper bills for approximately 150 houses on a weekly basis. This should include the delivery charge and provide a total for each week, as well as a 4-week total, excluding holidays or days when the paper isn't delivered.
Key Requirements:
- The bill should include the house number and address, total number of papers delivered, and the week's total cost including the delivery charge.
- I need to manually enter non-delivery days.
- The final summary of the total weekly and 4-week costs should be displayed in the same Excel sheet.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in creating complex sheets with formulas and functions.
- Previous experience in creating billing or invoicing systems in Excel.
- Ability to create user-friendly interfaces in Excel for manual input.
And generate a bill for a week and 4weeks automatically on my bill sheet which I can print it off and send it to customer
