Excel Schedule with Roster

I am looking to develop an Excel-based yearly schedule with a roster for 11-50 employees. This schedule will allow me to effectively manage multiple projects and track each employee's availability onsite. The schedule should include features that allow for task assignment, employee tracking, as well as any other feature that will help streamline the workflow.
