I am looking for an Excel Pro who has a strong understanding of formulas to create a master database for customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating and managing databases in Excel, as well as a good understanding of formulas and data analysis.

Requirements:
- Experience in creating and managing customer relationship management databases in Excel
- Strong understanding of formulas and data analysis
- Ability to work with a medium-sized database, containing 500-5000 entries
- Proficiency in creating and customizing templates in Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and management

Responsibilities:
- Create a customer relationship management database using the provided template
- Customize the template to fit the specific needs and requirements
