Excel Price Search & Sync

I'm looking for some sort of script or program with two functions:
1. Take the data from a column in one excel sheet, search for identical data in a column in a different sheet and sync the price based on the first sheet.(Search Sheet 1, Column A for "search term". When matching "search term" is found on sheet 2, column A enter data from corresponding sheet 2 column B into Sheet 1, column B.)
Example:
Input:
Sheet 1
Column A Column B
1222 $10
1233 $12
1244 $16
1255 $15
1266 $11

Sheet 2
Column A Column B
1222 $15
1233 $9
1244 $19
1255 $14
1266 $11

Output:
Sheet 1
Column A Column B
1222 $15
1233 $9
1244 $19
1255 $14
1266 $11


2. I'd also like it to search the keywords from an excel sheet column, and give me the highest and lowest prices with the same keywords.
Example:
Column A:
1222 $10
1244 $15
1255 $16
1222 $20
1255 $9

1222 Low=10 High=20
1244 Low=15 High=15
1255 Low=9 High=16
