Excel Macro for Personal Workbook

I need two macros integrated into my personal Excel workbook. Their purpose is to assist with data manipulation tasks, specifically sorting and filtering data. I already have both macros. One of them is fine. The other needs to be tweaked and cleaned up - when you see it, you will laugh. It's the best I could do on my own - primitive but effective.
