Excel Invoice Template Redesign
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I need a new invoice template created in Excel, modeled on my existing format. The new template should look clean, professional, and properly structured so that it can be easily printed/exported to PDF without formatting issues.
Currently, I have an invoice file, but when I add new columns (like “Country of Origin”), the formatting and borders shift and break. To avoid this problem, I want a new template built from scratch with flexible formatting.
Requirements:
Design Layout:
Similar to my current template (with sections for Shipper, Ship To Party, Sold To Information).
Product details table with columns like S. No., Product Description, Country of Origin, HSN Code, Commodity under 3C, MEIS (Yes/No), Qty, Rate, Shipment Weight, Amount, Discount, Tax Value, IGST (Rate & Amount), and Total.
Proper header merge formatting (aligned neatly).
Borders & Styling:
Clean, consistent outer invoice box.
Proper inside gridlines for product rows.
Professional formatting with aligned fonts and shading for headers.
Print-Ready:
Must fit on A4 size paper.
Should print/export directly to PDF without borders or text being cut off.
Page Layout set for clean margins and alignment.
Flexibility:
Easy to add or remove rows/columns in the future without breaking formatting.
Auto-total calculation for amounts, tax, and final total.
Deliverables:
Final Excel invoice template (.xlsx).
The same file tested to ensure it prints cleanly to PDF (A4 format).
Skills Required:
Advanced Microsoft Excel (formatting, layout, formulas).
Experience designing invoice or billing templates.
Understanding of print formatting (Page Layout, margins, scaling).
