Excel Integration for Enhanced Load Quantification

I'm a sports physical trainer and this year I've been quantifying training loads using dynamic tables in Excel. I need help integrating some Excel sheets from a colleague to improve my load quantification. This will involve incorporating tables and graphs into my existing sheets.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Excel, particularly with dynamic tables
- Experience with sports load quantification preferred
- Ability to create and implement line charts
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate data integration
- Strong numerical data analysis skills
The primary goal is to enhance my load quantification capabilities. The data we are primarily working with is numerical. I have a preference for using line charts for visualizing the data.
