Excel File Comparison & Difference Highlighting

I have three excel files and I need assistance in comparing these files to identify any differences in cell values between them. The three files were made at different times. The goal is to confirm that the most recent file has all the information contained in the earlier files plus new information that has been added to the most recent file

This is what I need:
