This project involves streamlining business accounting and inventory operations using Tally ERP 9, supported by advanced Excel automation tools. The goal is to enhance data accuracy, simplify reporting, and enable faster decision-making.
Key Requirements:
• Set up company accounts, ledgers, and inventory groups in Tally ERP 9.
• Enter and manage financial transactions (sales, purchases, receipts, payments, etc.).
• Design Excel templates to automate data entry and reconcile with Tally outputs.
• Develop advanced Excel dashboards for real-time financial summaries and inventory reports using PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and conditional formatting.
• Export Tally reports (Trial Balance, P&L, Stock Summary) into Excel for customized MIS reporting.
• Utilize Excel macros (VBA) to automate repetitive data processing and report generation tasks.
