Excel Data Transfer/Drag Automation

I maintain a workbook that collects mixed data—numbers, text, dates—from one sheet or tab and needs it to appear, neatly organized, on another sheet or tab every semi-mnthly. The structure on the destination sheet is already laid out; what’s missing is a reliable, reusable mechanism that moves only the relevant rows, preserves existing formatting, and overwrites or appends without breaking formulas already in place.

Here’s the workflow I have in mind:
• A single-click macro, Power Query routine, or similarly streamlined method that gathers the new records from the source sheet and refreshes the target sheet.
• Built-in error handling so blank rows, duplicates, or unexpected data types are flagged before they land on the destination sheet.
• A date-stamped log (either hidden sheet or simple text file) that proves the transfer ran each week.

Deliverables
1. Updated workbook containing your code/queries and any helper sheets you create.
2. Clear, step-by-step notes inside the file (or a short PDF) so anyone on the team can run the semi-monthly update.
3. Brief walkthrough call or screen-recording to verify everything works on my machine.
