Excel Data Entry Specialist Needed

I'm in need of an individual savvy in Excel for numeric and textual data entry and data validation. This project involves roughly 100-500 data entries. Additionally, I lack a predefined structure for the data to be entered in, so I require a capable person who can also create a suitable Excel template as part of this task. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of Excel features, experience in creating efficient templates, and meticulous attention to detail for high accuracy in scheduling, data entry, and validation.
