Excel Data Cleaning and Organization for Company Leads

Project Description:
I have two lists of company leads from Germany:
One neatly sorted list with fields such as Company Name, Address, Website, Phone Number, and Category.
Another list containing raw, unsorted data scraped from Google Maps (approximately 4,700 records).
I need assistance with the following tasks:
Data Cleaning:
Remove irrelevant leads from the raw, scraped list, including but not limited to:
Vereins / e.V. in the name (clubs/associations)
Post and packet shops
Leads without professional websites
Leads without addresses
Single-person businesses or very small companies without office spaces
Public schools and kindergartens
Religious institutions (churches, mosques, etc.)
Charitable organizations/non-profits
Freelancers or home-based businesses
Very small retail shops
Repair shops or garages
Businesses located outside a 25 km service area (ZIP code to be provided)
Occasionally clicking on the website to double-check information, especially addresses, would be beneficial.
Data Transfer:
Transfer the cleaned and relevant data to a neatly organized spreadsheet with the following fields:
Company Name
Address
Town
Website
Phone Number
Category
Expected Deliverables:
A cleaned and well-organized Excel spreadsheet containing relevant business leads, ready for cold calling.
