Excel Customer Data Administrator

I need an experienced hand to take full charge of our customer data in Microsoft Excel. The job starts with entering new records and updating existing ones, moves on to a thorough cleanup—removing duplicates, fixing inconsistent formats, validating fields—and finishes with clear, Insight-driven reporting. The data is currently spread across several workbooks, so you’ll need to consolidate it and make sure everything is error-free and ready for daily use.

Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, basic macros) will let you work faster and surface the metrics our team relies on for marketing and support decisions.

Deliverables
• A single, fully cleaned and validated customer dataset in Excel
• All current records updated and any missing fields completed
• A reusable reporting template plus the first set of weekly and monthly reports highlighting growth, churn, and key segments
• Short handover notes explaining formulas, queries, and recommended maintenance steps

First cleaned file and sample report are needed within the first week, with ongoing updates scheduled afterwards. Accuracy, confidentiality, and an eye for actionable insights are crucial.
