Excel-Based Metrics Dashboard Creation

I'm requiring the expertise of a skilled Excel professional to develop a comprehensive metrics dashboard. The metrics in question are Maintenance Performance and Work Group Breakouts, specifically derived from work orders for both planned and demand maintenance.
Your skills and experience should ideally include:
- Advanced Excel skills, specifically in formula creation and data visualization
- Experience with maintenance data, preferably understanding of work orders
- Able to execute this project within a month
The aim of this project is to make the dashboard and related tabs auto-populate as data for Q3 and Q4 is loaded. I already have a format in mind and I'm keen on sustainability and efficiency of the solution.
