I need a freelancer to scrape updated contact information for more than 10,000 Estonian companies from inforegister.ee or another reliable public registry. The data should be delivered in Excel or CSV format and must include:

- Company name
- Registry number (if available)
- Website (if available)
- Email
- Phone number
- Address

Automated tools are required for data collection; manual entry won't be acceptable. I would like you to include in your proposal:
- A brief overview of your scraping approach
- An estimate of the volume of data you can deliver

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in web scraping tools (like Python, BeautifulSoup, Scrapy)
- Familiarity with navigating and extracting data from public registries
- Experience handling large datasets and ensuring data accuracy
