I'm looking for an environmental specialist who understands the nuances of additive manufacturing, particularly selective laser sintering (SLS). Your role is to carry out a comprehensive life cycle assessment of SLS additive manufacturing focusing on:

1. Evaluating Environmental Impacts: Your main task is to determine the environmental impacts of this manufacturing process with specific focus on energy consumption and waste generation.
- Energy Consumption: What are the energy requirements at each process stage?
- Waste Generation: How much waste does the process generate and what kind is it?

2. Identifying Areas for Improvement: I want to be able to make this process more eco-friendly, so identifying potential areas for improvement is essential.

3. Process Assessment: This assessment should cover all stages of the manufacturing process. These include:
- Raw Material Extraction: Evaluate the environmental impact of extracting raw materials used in SLS.
- Manufacturing Operations: Measure the resources consumed and wastes generated during production.
- Product Transportation: Consider the energy needed for distribution.
- End-of-Life Disposal: We need to understand the environmental implications when products are discarded.
