Entry-Level Virtual Executive Assistant
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m looking for a resourceful, entry-level assistant who can keep my day running smoothly. Your core focus will be threefold: keep my calendar organized, stay on top of incoming emails, and coordinate travel plans when meetings take me on the road.
Everything I do lives inside Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, so you should already feel comfortable jumping between Outlook or Gmail for email triage, editing a quick document in Word or Docs, and updating the master schedule in Excel or Sheets without missing a beat.
Here’s how the work will flow: each morning you’ll review new invitations, resolve any clashes, and send me a concise agenda; throughout the day you’ll monitor the inbox, draft or file routine replies, and flag anything that needs my direct input; and whenever travel is required you’ll research options, book the most sensible itinerary, and drop the confirmation details straight onto the calendar.
If you can maintain that rhythm and aren’t afraid to ask clarifying questions early, you’ll fit right in.
