I'm seeking a recruitment specialist with experience sourcing candidates for entry-level positions in both the healthcare and cleaning industry. The primary roles to be filled include Cleaning Staff and Healthcare Assistants.
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare/cleaning sectors
- Familiarity with the demands of entry-level positions
- Excellent judgment in matching candidates with positions
- Strong people skills
Responsibilities:
- Verifying documents such as DBS , right to work in UK
- Screening potential hires
- Coordinating interviews
- Assisting in onboarding process if necessary.
- Sending email reminders to potential candidates asking the candidates to submit outstanding documents .
For the 2 platforms we expect 400 candidates to be screened and interviewed every month.
