We are seeking a skilled freelancer to assist us in entering stock data into our point of sale system. The chosen candidate will be provided with Excel sheets containing new stock details, including the amount and quantity of each item.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter stock data into the point of sale system
- Ensure that all information is correctly inputted, including item name, price, quantity, and any applicable discounts
- Verify the accuracy of the stock details provided in the Excel sheets
- Update the system regularly with new stock information as it becomes available
- Collaborate with the team to address any stock discrepancies or issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, particularly Excel and point of sale systems
- Strong attention to detail and precision
- Excellent data entry skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills to coordinate with the team and report any discrepancies or challenges
Timeframe:
The project is expected to start immediately. The duration will be determined based on the volume of stock data to be entered.
