Enter passenger cars data in English and Arabic

I have a project for client and i want someone copy cars data from his agent website and re-enter them in their website.
We want to enter car specs, photos and brochure.

Also knowing Arabic is a required because data will be entered multilingual

Knowing about banner design and how to use Photoshop is a plus
