Encoder staff

Hello potential freelancers! I am looking for an experienced professional to complete an encoding project for me. The type of encoding I need requires expertise with data, and my ideal outcome is a CSV file format. While I do have some sense of urgency, I am also flexible when it comes to the timeline of completion. It is important that whoever takes on this task is technically proficient and understands the job thoroughly. I am looking forward to seeing what solutions you can present and hearing back from you soon!
