Employee Dashboard

I need someone to build a HR dashboard (please see sample attached). I have all the data and can sit down with the expert to provide more details in terms of what kind of reports are required. It's 4500 employees with a lot of metadata. But not all are required for the reports. Doing pivots in excel is sufficient and we can put the reports in a dashboard and I can then put it all together in a presentation. Unless there are better ideas. But most importantly, I need all of this done before Monday 26th of December.
