Project Title: Email Monitoring Task
Overview:
We are looking for a skilled freelancer to assist with our email monitoring task. The project involves monitoring incoming emails for customer service purposes on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming emails once a day to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries and requests
- we are looking for someone who can monitor the emails and categorised those emails into our Excel sheet for example if someone has left the company so need to update that the person has left the company or if anyone have any request so this need to be updated into Excel sheet which we will review and take action
You will work on my PC using remote software
