Email & influencers sourcing assistant

I'm looking for an experienced assistant to help me find the right influencers and contacts for my business. The primary task will be to source emails, identify and contact influencers, analyze data and help me reach out to the right people. I am looking for influencer that would do reviews + sketch for my brand , and am particularly interested in Instagram and Tiktok influencers. My assistant should be able to use their own judgement and research skills to help me reach key individuals. As part of the process, my assistant should have experience in the field of email outreach, building relationships, and creating personalized messages for each contact. Additionally, being familiar with influencer identification using software such as BuzzSumo, Ninja Outreach and/or Agility would be great. The assistant should be able to work independently, and should have good communication skills.
