Email & Purchase Order Typing
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I need a reliable pair of hands to keep my customer support inbox and purchase-order paperwork flowing smoothly. You will be working from the templates I already use, so there’s no creative copywriting involved—just accurate, well-formatted typing and a quick eye for any typos before messages go out through my own email client (it isn’t Gmail or Outlook, but it functions in a similar way).
Here’s what the role looks like day-to-day:
• Turn my handwritten or scanned notes into polished customer support replies, matching each case to the correct template and double-checking names, order numbers, and dates.
• Enter new purchase orders into the provided form, confirm item codes and quantities against the source documents, then return the completed file ready for my signature.
Consistency and speed matter more than volume; most days you’ll handle 10–20 emails and a handful of POs, but the load can spike at month-end. If you’re meticulous with spelling, numbers, and basic layout, this will be straightforward work with room for long-term collaboration.
