Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I need a freelancer to
(A) Do Internet Research to find me suitable properties in Surrey, UK available to rent and create an excel spreadsheet of contact details of these properties. From the Excel sheet I will contact landlords and offer them guaranteed rent for their properties.
This task will take approx 2 hours and I'd hope for approx 50 suitable properties that match my criteria to be found in this time.
I will be willing to pay £10 for this task.
(B) Find suitable properties online and contact landlords directly via email (and phone possibly) and try to convince them via email to accept my guaranteed rent scheme. I would be willing to pay £10 for the research and £15p/w for the emails/phone work then +£100 for every landlord you are able to convince to take up the offer. Each week I would expect 10 landlords to be spoken to.
