Email Customer Service -- 2

I am looking to hire a team of 1-3 customer service representatives to provide email customer service. I have a rough outline of what I need done, but need help creating a script/guidelines to provide to my customer support team. I'm looking for professionals who know how to effectively communicate and assist customers via email. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor are important.
