VA - Email Collector

Looking for person who has experience with using automated tools to collect emails from certain websites. You should be able to recommend which tool and then collect emails from sites and populate excel files. Preferred hourly rate is $2 per hour. If you work well then you can also work on sending out the emails on an ongoing basis.
