EXCEL file for viewing PDF files

I am looking for someone to design an Excel file that will enable me to view PDF files. The user will identify the folder where the PDF files are located. By viewing each PDF the user will withdraw information about the supplier, invoice base amount, VAT and total amount. After entering all values, the user closes the procedure and all invoices are placed in another folder. Files are assigned a new distinguished name based on the current date and time.
