ESA School Choice Marketing Research Assistant

Job Title:
Research Assistant Needed to Build ESA School Choice Marketing List — Alabama, Florida & Arizona

Project Overview:
Build Your Education is preparing to launch BYEDU Campus, a school management platform designed for microschools, homeschool co-ops, hybrid schools, small private schools, learning centers, and other micro-education programs.

We need a detail-oriented freelancer/admin assistant to research and build a verified prospect list for phase 1 build-out only, focused on the following states: Alabama, Florida, and Arizona

The goal is to identify organizations participating in or serving families through ESA/school-choice programs, including:

Private schools
Microschools
Hybrid homeschool programs
Homeschool co-ops
Learning centers
Tutoring centers
Approved education service providers
Educational vendors serving ESA families

This list will be used for direct mail and possible email outreach for the BYEDU Campus launch.

Pay: $225 total (which is $75 per state)

Responsibilities:
Research public ESA/school-choice directories, provider lists, school websites, scholarship program directories, microschool associations/organizations and related sources to identify qualified prospects.

For each organization, you will add the required information into the provided spreadsheet template, including the organization name, type, state, website, contact information when available, ESA/scholarship participation status, mailing address, and source URLs.

Every lead must include a source URL showing where the information came from. Leads without sources will not be accepted. We must be able to verify the lead source to track and maintain all data and information for future use.

Ideal Freelancer:
The right person for this project is organized, accurate, comfortable with online research, and able to follow instructions carefully. This is not a copy/paste quantity project. Accuracy matters more than speed.

Required Skills:

Ability to verify information from public sources
Ability to identify useful business contacts
Familiarity with schools, homeschool programs, or education providers is a plus

Deliverable:
A completed spreadsheet with verified prospects from Alabama, Florida, and Arizona, including source URLs for each entry.

Important Requirement:
Every row must include at least one source URL. If the organization is listed as ESA-approved, scholarship-approved, or participating in a school-choice program, the source must support that claim.
