Dynamic Excel Price Quotation Tool

I'm in need of an excel guru who can produce a dynamic price quote spreadsheet. The sheet should be pulling information, such as product names, prices, quantities, volume-based discounts, and product part numbers, from a master list. This tool will mainly revolve around incorporating a tiered discount system which is based on certain volumes. The tiers should be defined by fixed volumes, even more notably, if orders are made in pallet quantities. It's essential to have 'level discounts' options (L1, L2 and L3) based on the person quoting's preference. Prior successful project involving such excel spreadsheets where precision and accuracy were required will be preferred. Preference will be granted to those with a strong command of Excel formulas, macros and pivot tables.
