UK Drainage Business Xero Bookkeeper

I run a small drainage company in the United Kingdom and need reliable, ongoing help keeping our books up-to-date inside Xero. All jobs are created and tracked in ServiceM8, so you’ll need to feel at home moving between both platforms to capture labour, parts and call-out charges before pushing the final invoice into Xero.

My focus is simple: accurate invoicing and swift payment reconciliation. There’s no VAT work, payroll, or supplier/client coordination involved—just the day-to-day flow of sales data from ServiceM8 through to bank-feed matching in Xero.

Deliverables each week
• Convert completed ServiceM8 jobs into clean, itemised Xero invoices
• Reconcile incoming payments against the correct debtor ledger entries
• Flag any inconsistencies or overdue items so I can follow up immediately
